Oliver Kannenberg

Oliver Kannenberg is a research associate at the Institute for Parliamentary Research (IParl) in Berlin and a PhD Candidate at the Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg. His PhD project deals with the institutionalisation of parliaments in Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia. This article was written as part of his visiting fellowship at the Centre for South-East European Studies in Graz.
